Hi, I’m Dr. Lucas Rascon, a sports medicine chiropractor with a deep-rooted passion for helping athletes perform at their best and recover safely. A former multi-sport athlete, I grew up on the field and mat—playing football, rugby, and wrestling—which gave me a first-hand understanding of the physical and mental demands placed on athletes.

My journey into sports medicine was born not just out of passion, but personal experience. As a student-athlete, I sustained an injury that was poorly managed, leading to further complications and a longer road to recovery. This experience left a lasting impression and ignited my commitment to ensuring other athletes receive the care and support they deserve.

Now, as a chiropractic physician specializing in sports medicine, I combine evidence-based chiropractic care with a personalized approach to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization. I work with athletes and active individuals of all levels—bringing not just clinical expertise, but empathy and respect.

I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you.

What makes Resonate Different?

At our clinic, we believe that healing is more than just symptom relief—it's about understanding the why behind the pain and addressing it at its source. That’s why our appointments are longer—60 to 90 minutes—giving us the time to conduct thorough assessments, listen to your story, and develop a treatment plan that’s tailored specifically to you.

We don’t rely on quick fixes. Instead, we focus on helping the body heal from the inside out. Our approach is rooted in patient-centered care, meaning your clinical needs, goals, and long-term well-being guide every decision we make. We collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure you’re receiving truly comprehensive care.

Every treatment plan starts with conservative care—the least invasive, most effective therapies designed to support healing without unnecessary interventions. Whether you're an elite athlete or simply want to move better and feel stronger, our mission is to help you recover fully and perform at your best.
